Mobile app proof of concept with the happy-case dog walking service ordering.
Now service is operated manually via telegram-bot that requires a lot of attention of the team. In the future we expect to automate these jobs.

First screen allows you to select service (dog walking, sitting or dog handler service), one pet or several, the duration, additional services if needed.
If there is something special VOX team should know about the dog, users can fill in the comment field.
The price is near the CTA button and the payment method is also here to be changed at any moment.

The service process is super clear for user. We display all stages of the service such as searching for the dog walker, waiting for them to take the dog, dog walking and end of the order with a report.
While searching the dog walker we show dog walkers near the client's home and the progress.
After the dog walker is found we show them and how much time it will take them to reach the clients home.
Af these first two stages client is free to cancel order. If so we cancel it and refund.
While the pet is walking under the care of the dog walker we show client their geolocation and the time when they return home. Client can write or call to a dog walker or to a support at any time.
While searching the dog walker we show dog walkers near the client's home and the progress.
After the dog walker is found we show them and how much time it will take them to reach the clients home.
